The Beehive Cafe Davao

A Coffee Shop with a Modern Twist…

In my previous food blog about Cafe Mi Corazon, I have introduced the Must-Try Cookie Shot. And finally, a coffee shop, in Toril area this time, is kicking again. I feel sad whenever a café or coffee shop is closing in Toril area. Since I am a coffee lover and a freelancer, I  love to face my laptop with a right blend of coffee. Therefore, it is a big deal for me to work in a comfortable coffee shop here in Toril.

I learned from a friend that there’s a coffee shop near Davao Central College Rasay campus. So, I decided to visit the place and arranged a meeting with the owner and manager.

The family business started in July 2018. The entire family loves to cook and eat, and every time they will eat somewhere else they always have a comment about the food or drink. The family later agreed that establishing a coffee shop might be a good idea since their mother is also a good cook, especially for home-cooked meals. With some help from family members and in-laws, they were able to open The Beehive Cafe.
